Terms of service

Persia Learning (persialearning.com) is operated by Persia Learning Ltd, registered in [COUNTRY] under company number [NUMBER], whose registered address is [ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”).

Membership

A membership gives one person personal, non-transferable access to the courses and features included in the chosen plan for as long as the membership is active. You may not share your account or redistribute course materials.

Free trials and billing

Paid plans begin with a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the price of your plan and your membership will renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until you cancel. We will email you before your trial ends and before each annual renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Live classes

Live classes are subject to availability. We may change the timetable or tutors from time to time. Please be respectful to tutors and other learners; we may remove anyone who is not.

Changes to prices

We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change, which will apply from your next renewal.

Refund policy

If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, provided you have not used the membership since. Consumers in the UK and EU also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase; by starting to use the digital content during that period you agree that this right is lost once access begins. Gift memberships are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the code has not been redeemed.

Privacy policy

We collect the information you give us (name, email address, password, learning progress and any assignments you submit) to provide your membership. Payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]; we never see or store your full card details. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and, with your consent, analytics cookies to improve the site.

We do not sell your data. We keep it for as long as you have an account and for [PERIOD] afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing [PRIVACY EMAIL]. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
